Food Vendors

This year’s event takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 10 AM to 11 PM at Desert Foothills Park. Food trucks will remain open and selling from 10 AM to 5 PM, but have the option to stay until close.

Our goal is to offer a diverse array of cuisines and categories to suit our 8-10,000 guests. We provide the space for your cart/truck/trailer. You will provide the generator and electricity needed for your operation.

  1. If you are interested in participating, please complete interest form below.

  2. Email your proposed menu to kimberly@lightupahwatukee.org.

  3. Once received, Kimberly will contact you to discuss payment, menu, pricing, etc.

Our goal is to have a wide variety of food/beverage choices for the attendees with minimal duplication. Acceptance is made on a first come/first served basis.

Food vendors will need to be set up by no later than 9:30AM and will be expected to stay until 5:00PM. You are welcome to stay later at no additional charge.

2025 food vendor pricing is as follows:

Early Bird Food Vendor July/August - $350
Regular Food Vendor Fee - $400
LATE ENTRY: November 1-12th: $500
