Food Vendors

This year’s event takes place on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 10 AM to 11 PM at Desert Foothills Park. Food trucks will remain open and selling from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, but have the option to stay until close.

This year, we are planning both grass locations and parking lot spots to offer geographical-friendly options but also a “food fair” venue for the community to enjoy. All locations will include needed electricity for production.

If you are interested in participating, please complete an interest form.
Email your proposed menu to kimberly@lightupahwatukee.org.
Once received, Kimberly will contact you to discuss payment, menu, pricing, etc.

Our goal is to have a wide variety of food/beverage choices for the attendees.

Hours for the event are 10am-11pm. Food vendors will need to be set up by no later than 9am the morning of and will be expected to stay until 5:30pm. You are welcome to stay later of course.

2023 food vendor pricing is as follows:

Early bird: now through September 30: $400 per space
Regular: Oct 1 through Oct 31st - $425
Late: Nov 1 through Nov 10*: $450
(No submissions will be accepted after Nov 10)
