MARKETPLACE VENDORS
What Kind of Vendors are Accepted?
ARTS AND CRAFTS VS. LOCAL SERVICES
Vendor Licensing Requirements
A State TPT is required and you (The Vendor) are solely responsible for reporting your tax and income to the individual cities.
Each vendor will be assigned a ten-foot by ten-foot space. You (Vendor) are required to bring your own 10X10 canopy tent, and own power source if needed.
Rules, Regulations and Guidelines
Please carefully and thoroughly read and review the LUA Holiday Marketplace Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines before submitting your application. All vendors must abide by ALL items listed in the document linked below. If your application is accepted and you do not abide by these rules, you will be asked to leave the holiday market and will not receive a refund for your vendor application.
Please complete the form below. A committee board member will contact you to discuss next steps and payment information.
Local Services: This year, we are allowing some area service-based businesses to have a presence at the festival. Located in their own space in the park, these vendors will follow the same guidelines as other marketplace vendors. Examples in this space could be local dentists, chiropractors, roofing, or banks.
Arts and Crafts: We are looking for unique, handmade items (especially holiday-themed) for our two primary marketplace locations: Marketplace Way and Santa’s Village (Kid/family focused). (Kid areas can be craft focused, toys/light ups/ornaments, etc.)
Items do not have to be 100% homemade but they must be original and customized in some way. We want to create a “boutique” market with unique items not found elsewhere. If you believe your items fit into this category but are not handmade, please e-mail kimberly@lightupahwatukee.org with pictures or social media links.
PRICING - For Holiday Marketplace we are offering different tiers which are meant to award those who commit early.
Marketplace Vendor: Early Bird Pricing - $190 per 10’x10’ booth space through October 31st, 2024. *Pricing will move to $210 on November 1st.
Premium Spots for an additional cost are available on request. (First come, first serve.)
PRICING - This year for LUA Marketplace Service Vendors we are offering three tiers that are meant to award those who commit early. The 2024 pricing tiers are:
Early bird/SEPT registration - expired
Regular: Oct 1 through Oct 31st - $325
Late: Nov 1 through Nov 10*: $400
No submissions will be accepted after Nov 16
There will be no merchandise donations required.
Each vendor should include a fun activity for families who visit (giveaways, roulette wheels, face painting, balloon animals, dog treats, etc). Your chosen activity will need to be submitted and approved by the committee before being used at the event.”
