Please complete the form below. A committee board member will contact you to discuss next steps and payment information.

Local Services: This year, we are allowing some area service-based businesses to have a presence at the festival. Located in their own space in the park, these vendors will follow the same guidelines as other marketplace vendors. Examples in this space could be local dentists, chiropractors, roofing, or banks.

Arts and Crafts: We are looking for unique, handmade items (especially holiday-themed) for our two primary marketplace locations: Marketplace Way and Santa’s Village (Kid/family focused). (Kid areas can be craft focused, toys/light ups/ornaments, etc.)

Items do not have to be 100% homemade but they must be original and customized in some way. We want to create a “boutique” market with unique items not found elsewhere. If you believe your items fit into this category but are not handmade, please e-mail kimberly@lightupahwatukee.org with pictures or social media links.
